Return Policy

Please keep in mind that we are a small, local business dedicated to introducing fresh styles to our store/website on a weekly basis. Our customers appreciate a small curated collection drop each week as opposed to large quantities of the same item. As a result, our product turnover is roughly every 14 days.

Return Window:

  • Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Returned gifts will be refunded as store credit.

Return Requirements:

  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items cannot have makeup, residue, odors, or any stains.

FINAL SALE — No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items purchased with store credit
  • Final Sale/Clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Bralettes

  • Hair accessories


For Online orders - All requests for a return must be received within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund. To request a return please email hello@shopemiliagray.com with your order number, the item information and reason for return. We do not provide return labels so you can ship returns via the carrier of your choice. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your account. We do not offer exchanges for online orders.

Damaged/Defective items - should you receive a flawed item please email hello@shopemiliagray.com within 3 days of receiving with order number, item information and pictures.
